    Nischa has great presentation skills, her content is good and she has a positive attitude. She is achieving a lot and I congratulate her. But when I see that she doesn't have time to eat a meal, she sets the alarm to remind her to drink water, everyday she has a list of action items she has to check, etc. --- this is a lot of sacrifice to achieve her goals. I watch RUclips videos with poor Iranian nomads in the mountains spending every day enjoying leisurely home-cooked family meals and socializing despite having so little I am not sure what the purpose of getting rich is if you have to have every minute of your time spent making money.

    My dividend journey began when I realized that two particular expenses in my budget were always going to go up and never go down. The two expenses were taxes and insurance. I realized that the dramatic rise in both will need some added income. So, I started buying shares paying dividends. I can now see that this will be the path I need to take to make sure those two expenses will not overtake my future income.

      Off course, but Just because there are opportunities in the market doesn’t mean you should go in blindly. To understand the potential factors that contribute to your financial growth, I'll advise you to seek the help of a professional.

      A lot of folks downplay the role of advlsors until being burnt by their own emotions. I remember couple summers back, after my lengthy divorce, I needed a good boost to help my business stay afloat, hence I researched for licensed advisors and came across someone of utmost qualifications. She's helped grow my reserve notwithstanding inflation, from $275k to $850k.

    Purchasing a stock may seem straightforward, but selecting the correct stock without a proven strategy can be exceedingly challenging. I've been working on expanding my $210K portfolio for a while, and my primary obstacle is the lack of clear entry and exit strategies. Any advice on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

    • @Joseph-zw3sb
      @Joseph-zw3sb 7 часов назад

      the strategies are quite rigorous for the regular-Joe. As a matter of fact, they are mostly successfully carried out by pros who have had a great deal of skillset/knowledge to pull such trades off.

      Even with the right strategies and appropriate assets, investment returns can differ among investors. Recognizing the vital role of experience in investment success is crucial. Personally, I understood this significance and sought guidance from a market analyst, significantly growing my account to nearly a million. Strategically withdrawing profits just before the market correction, I'm now seizing buying opportunities once again.

    I'm 40, its not too late for me, but it would have been better to start investing a lot more earlier for sure. Thats why I'm teaching my 4 year old the magic of compound interest. We collect soda cans at home and take them to a recycling robot that gives her money. Then we go into the shops and she spends a little of the money, but puts the rest into the bank of mum and dad where she gets interest at 100%. Get those reward endorphins fired up for saving and investing at an early age.

    The math doesn’t add up!! Because based on annual investment of $12k plus 8% of return every year, it would take about 27 years to reach $1 million dollars or $1,048,209.22 (as shown from the video). You can do this in Excel lol and not clear what happened between year 14 and year 20, it doesn’t explain the grow starting from $290k to $1 mil within 6 years lol

    @nischa I like your videos. They are fundamentally correct, but unfortunately a lot of it is geared towards really high income earners. I know from your videos that you have secured some of the milestones such as house purchase etc by God's grace and your hard work as you started of in an investment banking professional. The percentage of people in the UK with that kind of money is probably less than 0.05% percent, if I am not wrong. How does it really relay to the people who are earning less than 60,000 pounds and hardly making it to any of the financial goals that have been talked about here. One point I must say, people investing on themselves to upskill or to keep themselves happy by growing is a fabulous advice. I truely think it's totally worth it.

    I wouldn’t even bring up billionaires. Being a millionaire is considerably less than being a billionaire. If you have £1 million, you are closer to having £100 million than somebody with £100 million is to being a billionaire. If you invested £10 million for 50 years with an average return of 10%you still wouldn’t even be halfway to being a billionaire

  • @Leeandemma88
    @Leeandemma88 16 часов назад

    I personally wouldn’t use the world’s richest as a benchmark as it will just put people off. These super rich are such a minority, they are literally the definition of a needle in a haystack. There are however, many, many multi millionaires which is attainable with hard work and investing/saving. Becoming a millionaire is easy, getting 2 to 3 is also not too hard. Getting 10 million plus is difficult for many average humans on average salaries.

    Why does everything have to be in US dollars? You are a UK RUclipsr. Enough of the world is already gaining Americanisms When trying to appeal to your homeland viewer base, it would be better to use Great British pounds as $5000 as an emergency fund is a lot more than it would be in great British pounds and can be misleading. So are you telling people to have a $5000 emergency fund or a £5000 Emergency fund Because for some people that’s the difference of a few months wages.

    My idea of financial freedom is having funded budget categories. Encountering an expected or unexpected expense only to find that its already "paid" for feels awesome. I don't want to have to ask myself how I will pay for something, only how much I will pay.
